Lil Kim is  is currently on tour across the United States to reclaim her throne as the Queen of  hip hop. This 105.1 interview is  interesting because Lil Kim accuses Cash Money Records of stealing  her sound and tracks. Remember, Lil Kim released her first album Hard Core in 1996 which obtained double platinum certification in the United States. Lil Kim has released several platinum albums she’s one of the most successful female rappers of all time.

According to Lil Kim,  the media and the rap industry are  sexist against female rappers. Lil Kim argues the music industry seems to only want one top female rap artist at a time.

However, in the past Eve, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, Lil Kim, Foxy Brown were all successful female rappers. In the past, female rappers got a long and worked together.
