Video Game Controversy: Mass Effects Three Gay Male Love Scenes Upsets Some Heterosexual Video Game Fans!!!

Earlier this week, the Wall Street Journal and Forbes Magazine reported some heterosexual video game fans are upset about the gay male love scenes in Mass Effects Three. I want to point out, video game fans have the option to choose either heterosexual, lesbian, or gay male characters for the video game.

The gay male love scenes in the video game are pretty tame it  isn’t gay porn so I don’t understand the outcry? There is simply some tender and romantic scenes between male video game characters that’s all.

I think it is wonderful that video games are reflecting the sexual diversity in society. The lesbian sex scenes for Mass Effect Three are actually more explicit than the homosexual male love scenes. However, the gay male love scenes are more emotional and actually romantic.

Unfortunately, the homophobic comments on You Tube by some people is pathetic because Mass Effects Three is just  a video game! I guess for some straight people gay male love is just too much for them to handle.
