I am impressed with Milos Raonic he upset the ninth ranked player in the world Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia 6-7 7-6 7-6  to win the Chennai Open! Raonic’s ranking will rise to number twenty five in the world.  Milos now has two ATP Tour titles! Well done!
