I think they are just trying to breed and keep this penguin population going. I don’t think its homophobia. I could see if they were trying to make the penguins straight, then it would be homophobia.
I don’t see how the African Penguin population is close to extinction when over 250,000 African Penguins in the world. Why can’t the Toronto zoo find some other males to mate with the females?
