Wonderful News: Patrik Ian Polk’s New Black Gay Movie The Skinny Will Be Released Labor Day Weekend!!!!

I am so excited Patrik Ian Polk’s new film The Skinny will be released labor day weekend! Patrik  created of the world’s first black gay television show Noah’s Arc a few years ago. Noah’s Arc was such an important show because it brought the black gay experience to the masses. I know The Skinny is just a movie but there is still a paucity of black gay entertainment in the public sphere.

I wonder if this movie will be released beyond the United States? I hope The Skinny gets released in Toronto? The Skinny is about five gay friends visiting New York City for some adventure.  The  trailer looks interesting and the actors are  gorgeous!
