They say the state doesn’t recognize same sex marriage, but yet, they allowed her to marry twice. That doesn’t make sense to me. Split the money between her and the children.
I agree I believe Thomas and Nikki were truly in love with each other. Thomas must of known that Nikki was born male. Nikki deserves some of Thomas inheritance she is his widow. I also believe Thomas two sons deserve some of the money as well.
I can’t believe that this is still going on. Why not just split the money between Nikki and the children and be done with it. The children’s money will have to be kept in trust and the “overseer” of the funds can legally get some for him/herself. I think it is about 6%. So what is the BIG problem?????
