who do think youre calling ugly? that is so damn rude. i happen to be an ‘ugly butch lesbian that dresses like a man’. and i dress this way because i feel like a drag queen in girl clothes and makeup. i feel uncomfortable wearing dresses and long hair. so i chose to dress like a guy and have short hair. it suits me and my personality alot better. this is how i am and im happy this way.
Ya know, I actually thought the one that was smoking is kinda hot 🙂
Why? The same reason why men dress like men. Its all sexual. Allow me to expound my idea.
In the same way that terms like marriage, father, mother, etc have been made vague or amorphous in today’s world, the words Man and Woman don’t mean the same as it used to once. The term Male and Female is more appropriate today to convey the meaning of difference in gender.
Today, we know that a Man need not be a Male or a Woman need not be a Female, hence the term Gay, just to bring out that difference.
The other very important fact is that characteristic of life where a sexual intercourse requires that one is dominant and the other is submissive. The dominant member is the Male and the submissive one is the Female.
A Woman who is not Female would want to exhibit Male characteristics and such a person is termed Butch Gay. Male clothes, dressing and mannerisms are designed to be domineering, whereas a Females clothes convey openness and vulnerability (needing protection from a Male, hence attractive to a Male).
Its all sexual, and, personally, I think its also in the ‘head’. Its M.A.A.N really. (Much Ado About Nothing) 😉
Cheers!
What?
I am very dissapointed by this post. Some lesbians can actually look very beautiful in whatever they wish to wear: wether it be masculine or feminine
The same reasons why sissies often dress in an girly manner: identity and/or role-playing (ie for a sissy, their manner of dress helps to establish to others his identity as a male who is effeminate and/or that he will take on the feminine role in a relationship.
