I love her………
I like Tracy Chapman but if you listen to the interview she is still reticent about her lesbianism. Why can’t Tracy just come out of the closet and declare her lesbian lifestyle?
we no who she is she nos who she is wat else matters she doesnt want her personal life on display nor would ne1 in there rite mind and thats ok we no she is our sister
awhhh….. to build a case of suppport for the gay community….she could do that, but…awhh… still i dont hold it against her. I think i understand why, and so i think she’s stronger that every gay/les. person i “know”. Simply put, a heterosexual person doesnt go on interviews to braodcast the fact that they’re straight, a “normal” person wouldn’t be asked to discuss the sex of the individual they’re sleeping with, and so she shoudn’t be either. because we’re human. simply human. and should all be awarded the respect humanism is due… which is a different matter entirely but i think i’ve made my point-)
