Very well done to Venus! I’m so overjoyed! It’s great that she’s back to winning ways. I hope she keeps it up. I’m glad that she now has the most career singles titles out of all the active players. In addition, it’s nice that she marked her 700th career match with her 42nd career title.
Hi Ashley, I hope this victory can help Venus gain back her confidence. Venus played great this week she blasted Sabine Lisicki, Shahar Peer, and Victoria Azarenka in straight sets! Well done Venus!
I’m happy Venus won but for the past few years it has been difficult to watch Venus and therefore; I rarely watch her matches. She makes it too difficult for me to watch when her playing becomes streaky and she loses a match because she has beaten herself due to her many errors.
My gut is too weak for the up and down results (wishing for her to win).
Hi, I am a Venus fan but I got to agree Venus is so inconsistent. One minute Venus is winning events and the next minute she loses early. Serena is so much more consistent than Venus. I like Venus but I must admit I appreciate Serena’s consistency and mental toughness more.

Thanks, I needed to get that off my chest.
