Tiger Woods Releases Official Statement From His Website

“As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I’m pretty sore.”

“This situation is my fault, and it’s obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I’m human and I’m not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn’t happen again.”

“This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.”

“The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.”

“This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.”

Tiger Woods domestic violence case, is this an example of double standards, misandry, & racism?

On November 27th 2009, at 2:20 am, Tiger Woods ran from his house jumped into his car as he tried to escape his angry wife. Woods  car hit a fire hydrant  and a tree because he was distracted when his wife smashed his car with a  golf club. Woods was unconscious when a next door neighbor called 911. The first story the media reported was that Tiger’s wife smashed the window of his car with his golf club to save him. So why are both the front and rear windows smashed?

Under Florida law, the police can become involved in a domestic violence case regardless of whether of what the victim wants. I believe the police must investigate this domestic violence case because someone is lying.

Now some may argue why does this matter? Woods is one of the most famous sports men in the world so of course this is news. Also, Woods has crafted a clean image and this controversy tarnishes the perfect image has created through his publicists, agents, and public relations team.

However, Tiger’s car was moving at only 33 mph that is very slow. Now Woods and his wife refuse to talk to the law enforcement in his area. I want to point out, it appears Woods is the victim of domestic violence he allegedly cheated on his wife with another woman. Another theory, is Woods wife scratched his face because she was so enraged that he allegedly cheated on her.

My argument, is if Tiger Woods had beaten his wife with a golf club and scratched her face he would be behind bars right now. So why hasn’t Tiger Woods wife been arrested for domestic violence?

It appears since Woods wife is a pretty, thin,white female, she is not being treated with suspicion or contempt! Woods wife should be investigated and if there is evidence she must be charged with domestic violence. If Woods had beaten his wife he would have been crucifed by the media as a pernicious man of colour. The press would be exploding with blood thirsty articles calling Woods a monster, brute, and a creep. However, since Woods wife is the alleged attacker there is only indifference. Why is this misandrist double standard not being challenged? So women can beat men and get away with it? I believe this double standard is not only sexist and racist it is  abhorrent and totally unacceptable!

Nikolay Davydenko Wins ATP Tour Championship In London England Today.

Russian tennis star Nikolay Davydenko won his first ATP Tour Championship today in London England. He also won $1.5 million dollars for the victory. Davydenko destroyed Juan Martin Del Potro of Argentina 6-3 6-4 in straight sets. Davydenko has always been disrespected by the world media because he is viewed as ugly, boring, and not  talented.

However, Davydenko has been very consistent he has finished in the ATP Tour top ten for four consecutive years. Davydenko defeated Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Robin Soderling, and Juan Martin Del Potro this week. Davydenko has always had the talent to win big events but not the confidence and self belief. I sincerely hope he  believes he can win a grand slam. Davydenko has never advanced beyond a grand slam semifinal but I think this breakthrough will help his confidence.  Davydenko is considered small in men’s tennis because he is five foot ten but he is very quick, takes the ball on the rise, and is an aggressive baseliner. He also volleys very well.
