Serena Loses Controversial Match To Kim Clijsters In The US OPEN Semfinals Fined $10,000 Dollars.

Serena loses her coolandy-roddick

Kim Clijsters of Belgium, has upset Serena Williams of the United States in a shocking upset 6-4 7-5 in the US OPEN semifinals.  Clijsters deserves credit, she won this match. I am very surprised  at Clijsters performance she played incredible tennis!

Clijsters was hitting the ball very hard and deep pushing Serena back.

When Serena lost the first set she smashed her  racket. According to the rules, after Serena smashed her racket this is a code violation.

I appreciate Serena’s talent, but she has a serious attitude problem and a sense of entitlement.

I respect Venus Williams she is classy, polite, and professional.  Serena can learn “a lot” from Venus on how  to maintain her composure on the court.

Serena was classless, boorish, and just plain out of control on the court.

According to Yahoo Sports, a source says Serena is going to be investigated by the WTA Tour and the International Tennis Federation. However, I wonder, if this was Andy Roddick would he have been investigated for his boorish behaviour on court?

Roddick has used scatological language on the court for years but everyone seems to have amnesia. I guess when Roddick is immature on the tennis court he gets a free pass because he is a “white man”.

White men have a lot of leverage in society, and I doubt if this was Andy Murray or Andy Roddick they would have been defaulted from the match.

I have seen Andy Roddick have multiple temper tantrums and he “never” has been “penalized” for his unprofessionalism on the court.

Roddick has never been “investigated” by the ATP Tour or the International Tennis Federation either.

I believe this is just another example of “double standards” against the Williams Sisters.

Yes Serena was out of line, yes she violated the rules,  but my perspective, is there seems to be a “different standard” for the Williams Sisters and “everyone” else in tennis.

Serena received her punishement which was being defaulted from the match and that’s it end of story. The rules are rules and Serena did not follow the rules of professional conduct on the court.

The tennis media will immediately attack Serena  and demonize her as usual of course. However, will the tennis writers admit there is an “undercurrent” of racism and sexism against Serena Williams?

However, I just think it’s pathetic how these tacky tennis writers will never “admit” to the fact  Andy Roddick and Andy Murray have “white male skin privilege”.

Roddick and Murray have been consistently unprofessional on the court for years but because they are “white men” the media ignores their boorish behaviour.

Unfortunately, for Serena, she was down 6-5 15-30 in the second set, when the lineswoman said she foot faulted. Of course, Serena was furious because it was a “critical point”.

The lineswoman was totally out of line to call a foot fault during this crucial time in the match.

Why isn’t there technology to deal with foot faults? I believe if the hawkeye technology was available this controversy could have been avoided.

Serena loses the point due to a code violation and the match is over because she already had a code violation for racket abuse.

I think the WTA will probably fine Serena severely for her bad conduct on the court.

The lineswoman immediately reports to the chair umpire and she claims Serena said she is going to “kill her”. The truth is Serena said “I am going  put this ball down your (expletive) throat”.

It is obvious that Serena did verbally abuse the lineswoman, but I don’t believe Serena said she was going to “kill” her. I think the lineswoman is lying about that statement.

Next, the tournament referee  Brian Earley has a tense discussion with Serena and the match is over Clijsters wins.

It is  so unfortunate that Serena did not “hold ” her “nerve” and she lost her composure. Serena has to learn the country club set will use “any”

“ammunition” they can “get” to attack her.

I am glad Venus talked to Serena “prior” to her press conference because Serena was very gracious to Clijsters and credited her for playing an outstanding match.

Clijsters is an incredible player and she won this match fair and square.

Her opponent in the final is Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark she easily defeated Yanina Wickmayer of Belgium 6-3 6-3 in straight sets.

Update: Serena Williams has been fined $10,000 for her unprofessional conduct on the tennis court. It is the maximum fine that can be imposed on a player. Of course, since Serena Williams is a multi millionaire $10,000 is basically pocket change. In fact, since Serena reached the US OPEN semifinals her cheque is $350,000 dollars.

The Results Are In: Caster Semenya Is A Hermaphrodite, She Has Male & Female Sex Organs.

ATHLETICS-WORLD-800M

The IAAF gender verification tests for the controversial South African track star Caster Semenya prove she is a ” hermaphrodite”.

According to an Australian newspaper, the Daily Telegraph, Semenya has “male” and “female” sex organs inside of her body. Semenya  has three times the amount of testosterone compared to a “normal” woman.

Semenya’s family took “umbrage” with the revelation of the results. The  African National Congress accuses the IAAF of racism and sexism against Semenya.

The South African Track & Field Association  have not completed their own gender verification tests and the IAAF wants their results.

My perspective is, I believe the South African Track & Field Association already was cognizant that Semenya was a “hermaphrodite” and “used”  her. The Semenya gender controversy proves that there are many ways countries will “cheat” in order to win medals. The Semenya case has nothing to do with doping or steroids but the South African government is pathetic and wrong!

Some countries are so “desperate” to win gold they will do “anything” to circumvent the rules to win. I don’t blame Semenya, because this is the way she was born it’s not her fault.

Semenya has “testes” inside of her body and she doesn’t have a “uterus” or “ovaries”. She clearly has an advantage over “biologically” born women.

Since “Semenya” has “testes”, this is very serious because she is at a considerable risk for “cancer” if the testes are not “removed”. Semenya may have “AIS” also known as “Androgen Sensitivity Syndrome”.

She must be stripped of her gold medal “immediately”, but I doubt it will happen.

Semenya must be “banned” from competing against female athletes because it’s not fair to the biologically born female athletes.

Women deserve the right to compete against other “biologically” born women.

Melanie Oudin’s US OPEN Run Is Over She Is Eliminated In The Quarterfinals Of The US OPEN.

Melanie Oudin US OPEN loss

Danish teenager Caroline Wozniacki  of Denmark,  easily defeated American teen Melanie Oudin 6-2 6-2 in the US OPEN quarterfinals. Caroline is more mature on the court,  took all the pace off the ball, looping her forehand, and  forced  Melanie to generate her own pace.

Melanie had a total of forty three errors in the match.  This is the first time I have ever watched Wozniacki play, she doesn’t have a lot of power but she is very consistent.

Wozniacki forced Oudin to hit hard and Oudin wasn’t able to be “patient” enough in the baseline rallies.

I believe the hype and media attention was just too much for Melanie. Melanie is very talented, but the media attention was just too much.

Melanie should be very proud of herself, she will now be ranked in the top fifty of the WTA Tour. I sincerely hope that Melanie continues to work  on her game. I believe Melanie needs a bigger serve if she wants to to reach the  top ten.

Oudin should be commended for beating top players Elena Dementieva, Maria Sharapova, and Nadia Petrova.

Melanie was a bit tired and not thinking clearly on the court. Caroline deserves credit for playing steady, boring, and unspectacular tennis.

Controversial Track Star Caster Semenya’s New Look!!!!

Caster Semenya You Magazine

Last month,  at the World Championships in Berlin, South African track star Caster Semenya was involved in a gender controversy. Semenya won the gold medal in the 800 meters track and field women’s event. However, the IAAF ordered Semenya to undergo gender verification tests. Some  people believe Semenya is actually male and not female.  Now,  Semenya’s image has transformed, she looks very feminine on the cover of a South African magazine.

Andy Murray Is Very Overrated Upset In The Fourth Round Of US OPEN!!!

Andy Murray US OPEN

Once again, Andy Murray of Great Britain has proven he is very mentally weak in the grand slams. Murray opened his big mouth prior to the US OPEN saying he will can break the Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal dominance.

John McEnroe the CBS commentator predicted prior to the US OPEN that Andy Murray or Andy Roddick will win the US OPEN. McEnroe is once again wrong! Murray and Roddick have both proven they are not “serious” contenders to win the grand slams. Roddick and Murray have been elminiated from the US OPEN.

Marin Cilic of Croatia upset second seed Andy Murray 7-5 6-2 6-2 in the fourth round today it is a “shocking upset”. Murray had the best form leading into the US OPEN yet today he had no answers on the court.

Murray is just too “passive” and not “aggressive” enough during the grand slams he gets “tight” in the important matches.

I am not surprised, Murray also  lost to Fernando Verdasco of Spain  at the Australian Open in the fourth round earlier this year. Murray also  lost to Andy Roddick in the semifinals of Wimbledon this year.

Fernando Gonzalez of Chile defeated Jo Wilfried Tsonga of France 3-6 6-3 7-6 6-4 that result is a “minor upset”. Gonzalez is a solid player and consistent in the grand slams. Gonzalez has never won a slam but he is very consistent in the grand slams.

Tsonga is talented, but he hasn’t proven he is a “real” contender the hype must stop! Tsonga had “one” big result, he  was the finalist in the 2008 Australian Open.

Tsonga has  reached the top ten, won the Paris Masters last fall, and reached a couple  of grand slam fourth round and quarterfinals. I just don’t “feel” that Tsonga has proven he is “ready” to be part of the elite.

In order for Tsonga to be an “elite” player, he has to prove he can reach another grand slam semifinal or final.Tsonga is too talented to be losing in the fourth round or quarterfinals of the grand slams.

Andy Murray is in the same place as Tsonga despite his higher ranking.  Murray has now proven he is an “underachiever”. Although Murray was a finalist at the 2008 US OPEN last year, he hasn’t done anything “since” in the grand slams.  The media proclaimed that 2009 was supposed to be “Murray’s” big breakthrough.

It is obvious Murray is mentally fragile, he isn’t handling the pressure very well.

Meanwhile,Juan Martin Del Potro continues to advance he  smashed Juan Carlos Ferrero of Spain 6-3 6-3 6-3.

The third seed Rafael Nadal of Spain turned back Gael Monfils of France 6-7 6-3 6-1 6-3.

Murray has won so many hard court events this year including two hard court Masters events in Miami and Montreal. In fact,  Murray has also beaten Nadal, Federer, Del Porto, and Roddick this year.

I am sure the media will make “excuses” for Murray’s “capitulation” but the truth is Murray has “doubt” in his mind. Murray was supposed to reach the finals of the US OPEN and to lose in the fourth round demonstrates his lack of mental toughness.

Nadia Petrova Bites The Dust She Is Upset In The Fourth Round Of The Women’s US OPEN

83372622JH015_US_Open_Day_8

American teen sensation Melanie Oudin of the United States has defeated the number thirteen women’s seed Nadia Petrova of Russia 1-6 7-6 6-3. Petrova is a veteran, she is also very mentally weak. Petrova had a  6-1 4-3 lead yet lost the plot in the second set. I am very impressed with Melanie Oudin, she is for real. Melanie is no fluke she has beaten so many top players this girl is the real deal!

Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark upset the Russian Svetlana Kuznetsova 2-6 7-5 7-6. Yannia Wickmayer of Belgium defeated Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic 4-6 6-4 7-5. Kateryna Bondarenko of Ukraine destroyed Gisela Dulko of Argentina 6-0 6-0.

Serena & Kim Clijsters Advance But Venus Is Eliminated From The 2009 Women’s US OPEN

83372621BG183_US_Open_Day_7

Kim Clijsters of Belgium upset the number three seed Venus Williams of the United States 6-0 0-6 6-4 in the fourth round at the US OPEN.

I will admit this result is not a surprise, Venus form at the 2009 US OPEN  has been very erratic. Venus has struggled in her matches

prior to today’s match.

In fact, Clijsters has beaten Venus the last three times they played she was the favourite to win the match.

It is strange though, Clijsters can retire from the WTA for two years yet comeback and defeat a seven time grand slam champion Venus Williams?

I really hope Venus “learns” from this loss she has to improve her game.

Venus got off to a slow start and lost the first set 6-0 and against a top player like Clijsters that’s just horrendous. Clijsters is a great player

and she made Venus pay for all of her unforced errors and double faults.

The problem I feel for Venus, is she can beat the low ranked players, but she falters against an elite player such as Kim Clijsters.

Even though, Clijsters “retired” two years ago, she is definitely an “elite player”  and she will quickly rise to the top of women’s tennis.

Clijsters is a very good player, she is a former US OPEN champion, and she was ranked number one in the world a few years ago.

The difference between Clijsters and Venus is, Clijsters is just more “consistent”.

Venus is just too “inconsistent”, and I seriously wonder if  she will win another grand slam outside of Wimbledon?

It is obvious that Venus serve and forehand are her weaknesses.

When will Venus “improve” her game or is it too late?

Venus has a lot of “soul searching” to do I feel. Venus is now now twenty nine years old and I am not “sure” if Venus can win another grand slam?

Clijsters is now a contender for the US OPEN women’s title she will play Na Li of China in the quarterfinals.

Na Li destroyed the Italian woman Francesca Schiavone 6-2 6-3.

Serena Williams the defending US OPEN women’s champion easily defeated Daniela Hantuchova 6-2 6-0.

Flavia Pennetta of Italy defeated Vera Zvonareva of Russia 3-6 7-6 6-0. Vera had a mental breakdown getting upset at herself for squandering six match points. Pennetta is the first Italian woman to reach the WTA top ten she plays Serena Williams next.

I find it odd that Serena has an “awesome” serve and Venus serve is a liability? Serena is playing excellent tennis.

However, I am disgusted with the New York US OPEN crowd, Venus is an American champion yet the crowd cheers Clijsters.

The excuse some people will use is because Clijsters is the “underdog” the US OPEN fans are all on her side.

Clijsters is a former world number one and US OPEN champion she is not an “underdog”.

The truth is since Venus Williams is a “black tennis champion” and Clijsters is “white champion” the crowd will favour the white woman over the black woman.

The CBS commentators Mary Carillo, John McEnroe, and Dick Enberg were openly supporting Clijsters despite the fact Venus is an American.

Yes Clijsters has a “feel good” story, but the racial bias of the American tennis commentators is just classless and disgusting.

I am not “surprised”  at the treatment Venus Williams has received in  her ”  own country” .

Venus will have to rethink her future, although  she has won seven grand singles titles she is still an “underachiever”.

She should of won more then just seven slams she should won at least ten grand slams by now.

I am seriously wondering if Venus can “ever” win a grand slam outside of Wimbledon anymore?

Venus really needs to “work” on her game if she wants to “win” more slams before her career is over.

Shocking Upset: World Number One Dinara Safina Has Been Eliminated In The Third Round Of The US OPEN!!!!

US Open Tennis

Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic upset the world number one Dinara Safina of Russia 6-4 2-6 7-6 in the third round of the US OPEN.

The match ended close to 1:00am Sunday morning and Safina was just a mess on the court. Safina appeared constipated and depressed.

Safina to complained to the media that the United States Tennis Association officials moved her match to Louis Armstrong show court.

Since the day matches at the US OPEN were extended into the evening Safina’s third round match was moved from the  Arthur Ashe stadium court.

According to the media reports, Safina feels “disrespected” by the United States Tennis Association.

How is it possible for Dinara Safina to be number one in women’s tennis, yet she did not win a grand slam this year? Safina is  0-4 in the grand slams.

Safina also has a losing record in WTA tour finals is 3-5. How is it possible Safina is e number one and  she is unable to win the grand slams?

Safina struggled in her first two matches against low ranked opponents. Today Safina just wasn’t able to play top caliber tennis.

I feel that Safina needs to “add” to her game, she doesn’t have a plan B. It is obvious Safina’s serve can be a liability, she double faulted nine times in the match.

Safina’s game is similar to Lindsay Davenport, she isn’t a good mover but she strikes the ball well.

However, Davenport was at least able to volley and hit different shots. Safina needs to maybe play doubles add some texture to her game?

The media and tennis fans have criticized  Safina for being a weak number one.

Safina has a lot to prove, it is obvious she does not deserve her ranking.

It is obvious Safina was unable to deal with the pressure.

Safina will still be the number one female tennis player in the world, despite losing in the third round.

Former US OPEN champion Andy Roddick Bounced From The Men’s US OPEN In The Third Round!!!!

US Open Tennis

The number five men’s seed Andy Roddick of the United States  has been eliminiated by fellow American John Isner 7-6 6-3 3-6 5-7 7-6.

It is obvious Roddick has the physical tools he has a huge serve, big forehand, and he is in shape.

The problem for Andy Roddick is he is just not mentally strong, he is mentally weak.

Roddick has to be very disappointed in losing to Isner since he is a fellow American.

The USA media as usual hyped Roddick but he failed to deliver at the grand slams.

Isner is six foot nine and some tennis experts believe since he is so tall he can’t be a successful tennis player.

I am proud of John, he proved today he definitely has the game to beat higher ranked players.

Isner has a monster serve just like Roddick but today he finally held his nerve against him.

For the first time in the Open era of men’s tennis all sixteen men seeds reached the third round for the first time.

However, John Isner’s shocking upset over  Andy Roddick’s is huge because this simply proves Roddick is not a contender.

Isner has played solid tennis this summer he had a match point in the fourth set but in the end he won the match.

John deserves a lot of credit for holding his nerve and knocking Andy Roddick right out of the US OPEN!!!

Top seed Roger Federer of Switlzerland started slowly but he quickly found his game to beat Lleyton Hewitt of Australia 4-6 6-3 7-5 6-4.

Novak Djokovic of Serbia outlasted the American Jesse Witten 6-7 6-3 7-6 6-4.

Robin Soderling of Sweden stumbled to a 6-2 7-5 6-7 6-1 over American Sam Querrey.

Nikolay Davydenko of Russia rolled over Switzerland’s Marco Chiudinelli 6-4 7-5 7-5.

Fernando Verdasco of Spain outlasted Tommy Haas of Germany 3-6 7-5 7-6 1-6 6-4.

Radek Stepanek of the Czech Republic turned back  German Phillipp Kohlschreiber 4-6 6-2 6-3 6-3.

The chronic underachiever American James Blake was dismissed by the Spaniard Tommy Robredo 7-6 6-4 6-4.

Roddick is certainly a fixture in the top ten, but has not proven he is one of the “top favourites” to win a grand slam.

In fact, Roddick is a one slam wonder, he has only won one grand slam the 2003 US OPEN.

It is clear that Andy Roddick time has been passed.

Yes Roddick had a solid run at Wimbledon, but he also has lost to Federer in the Wimbledon finals twice in his career.

Andy Roddick has a habit of “losing”  a lot of big matches this year.

He does not have the “mental toughness” necessary to compete with the elite male tennis players such as Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

Roddick also has lost twice this summer to  Juan Martin Del Potro of Argentina in Washington D.C. and Montreal.

Roddick is now getting a taste of his own medicine. Isner has definitely improved. Go John!!!!
