Canadian Aleksandra Wozniak Destroys Amelie Mauresmo In Women’s Second Round At US OPEN!!!!!

Canadian  Aleksandra Wozniak destroyed seventeen seed Amelie Mauresmo of France 6-4 6-0 in the second round at the US OPEN today.

Aleksandra’s  win is very impressive, Amelie is a former two time grand slam champion and former world number one.

Aleksandra is young and she is rising. Last year, Aleksandra was the first Canadian woman to win a WTA tour title. Aleksandra has  had a solid year, she has wins over Russians  Nadia Petrova and Svetlana Kuznetsova.

 Aleksandra has been ranked as high as number twenty one on the WTA Tour. Well done Aleksandra !!!
